Services

Everything your sewer connection needs. One team responsible.

From the municipal service point to your home, ON Sewer plans, coordinates and completes every part of a residential sewer connection.

Permits & Municipal Coordination

We handle the paperwork side: permit applications, municipal requirements and inspection scheduling, so approvals line up with the work.

Utility Locates

We coordinate public utility locates and arrange private locating where required. Public locates don't cover every private line on your property, so we plan for both.

Excavation & Access Planning

We plan the route and access from the municipal service point to your building, with your landscaping, driveway and hard surfaces in mind.

Sewer Installation & Testing

Sanitary sewer installation with approved bedding, proper connections and grade that follows the approved design and municipal requirements, then tested.

Interior Plumbing Coordination

We coordinate the required licensed interior plumbing so the inside connection is completed alongside the outside work.

Septic Transition & Restoration

For conversions, we plan septic disconnection or decommissioning. Then we backfill, compact and restore lawns, driveways and other affected surfaces to the plan agreed upfront.

Our focus

ON Sewer specializes in municipal sewer connections and septic-to-sewer conversions. We do not install new septic systems.

The benefits of municipal service

Connecting to municipal service can change how you maintain and plan for your property. Benefits depend on your property and municipality.

Municipal sewer benefits

  • A treated, routinely monitored public water supply.
  • No private well pump to maintain or replace.
  • Less dependence on well yield during periods of heavy use.
  • Possibly fewer private water-treatment needs, depending on local water quality.
