How It Works

Five clear steps from first call to finished connection.

You'll know what's happening, who's responsible and what comes next at every stage.

1. Call us

Tell us about your property, your municipal notice and your timing. A specialist explains what's typically involved in your municipality and answers your first questions.

2. Site review and clear scope

We review the route, access, approvals, interior plumbing and restoration before any work starts. You receive a clear scope and price, with exclusions spelled out.

3. Permits, locates and planning

We coordinate permits and municipal requirements, arrange public utility locates and private locates where needed, and plan access to protect your property.

4. Installation and inspection

We excavate, install the sanitary sewer with approved bedding and grade, coordinate the licensed interior plumbing, and schedule the required testing and inspections.

5. Backfill, septic transition and restoration

Once the work is documented and approved, we backfill and compact, plan septic disconnection or decommissioning for conversions, and restore your property to the agreed plan.

Proof before we backfill

The most important work ends up underground. We show it to you first.
Once a trench is closed, you can’t see how your sewer was installed. That’s why we document key installation details before backfilling — such as the service route, bedding, connections and grade. You get a record of the work you’re paying for. [Confirm exactly what the documentation package includes]
